Ferro Explore! is specialized in qualitative research. Our goal is to support clients in executing their marketing, communications or policies in an inspirational manner. With our research we want to help our clients with ‘fresh’ thinking.

Ferro Explore! Is one of the oldest market research companies in the Netherlands and was founded in the early fifties by Harold Ferro. Since the seventies we have specialized in qualitative research. In the past 30 years we have moved forward and not stood still. We are constantly renewing ourselves. We stand for ‘fresh thinking’.

Ferro Explore has eight experienced qualitative researchers. We are systematically working on improving the quality of our services. We are ISO-certified and a member of The Network; a group of like-minded qualitative research agencies around the world.

All our projects are conducted in a team. Our researchers are involved in each component of a project, from A to Z. The whole team brainstorms the method and interpretation, as we never want to catch ourselves running a project on routine. We have a comprehensive quality manual; here are some of the highlights:

  • You will always receive a detailed proposal with a fixed price.
  • We devote a great deal of attention to specifying our selection criteria and assisting the selection agency.
  • Naturally, we consult with the client on all important issues.
  • All our interviews can be watched via our closed-circuit TV or through a one-way mirror.
  • Minutes are taken during the interviews and all interviews are recorded on DVD.
  • We conduct our analysis and reporting as a team.
